Tel.: 0660 / 383 38 49 by means of a clear declaration (e.g. an e-mail, a phone call, a letter sent by mail) about your decision to revoke this contract.
To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
If you withdraw from this contract, we must return to you all payments we have received from you immediately and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not be charged any fees because of this repayment.
In case of a cancellation at the latest 2 weeks before the course starts (the date of receipt of the written/telephone cancellation notice by Serendip is decisive), the cancellation is free of charge. If we receive the cancellation up to one week before the start of the event, 50% and thereafter 100% of the seminar fee is to be paid as lump-sum compensation. If you do not attend the event or only attend part of it, you will also have to pay 100 % of the seminar fee. In the event of withdrawal, seminar fees already paid will be refunded after deduction of our claims for compensation. Instead of withdrawal, the right to participate can also be transferred to third parties free of charge (provided they meet the prerequisite criteria for participation in a training).
